WEDDING MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION ​​

You’ve done the planning. Now it’s time to hand over the details and enjoy what you’ve created.

This package is designed for couples who prefer to handle most of the planning themselves but want professional support as the wedding day approaches.

We’ll step in 6–8 weeks before your wedding to organize the final details, communicate with your vendors, create your wedding-day timeline and make sure all the moving pieces come together seamlessly. From your final planning meetings and rehearsal to setup oversight and wedding-day coordination, our team will be there to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What’s Included

  • Coordination begins 6–8 weeks before your wedding

  • Introductory meeting with your Lead Coordinator

  • 2-hour initial planning and details meeting with the Azure Events team

  • Final week-of check-in meeting

  • Detailed wedding-day timeline creation

  • Assistance with your venue floor plan, including redesign if needed

  • Access to our preferred vendor list

  • Vendor communication, coordination, COI collection and setup instructions

  • Lead Coordinator + Assistant Coordinator

  • Up to one hour of rehearsal coordination

  • Décor placement and vendor setup oversight

  • Up to 10 hours of wedding-day coordination

Additional coordinators or assistants may be recommended based on guest count, venue layout, setup requirements, multiple locations and overall event logistics.

      PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING

  • You’ve made progress, but you don’t want to finish the planning alone.

  • Perfect for couples who already have a vision and have started the planning process but would like professional guidance bringing everything together.

  • We’ll meet you where you are, organize what’s already been completed, help with the decisions and details still ahead, and guide you through the remainder of the planning process—from vendors and logistics to design and the wedding day itself.

  • Planning and communication begins upon booking via email

  • Introductory meeting with your Lead Planner

  • Four planning meetings with the Azure Events team, including:

    • Concept & Planning Meeting

    • Design Meeting

    • Details & Logistics Meeting

    • Final Timeline Meeting

  • Venue site walk for Southern California venues; travel fees may apply

  • Budget guidance and planning support

  • Curated vendor research and recommendations from our trusted vendor network

  • Assistance sourcing remaining vendors

  • Collection of vendor COIs and coordination of important load-in, load-out, setup, layout and timeline instructions

Our Full-Service Wedding Planning package covers the entire planning experience—from finding the right venue and building your vendor team to design, logistics, guest experience and complete wedding-day management.

Every wedding is different, which is why our approach is customized around your vision, priorities, guest count, location and the overall complexity of your celebration.

We don't just plan the logistics—we help create the look and feel of your wedding. Our team works with you to develop a custom wedding design that feels cohesive, intentional and completely personal to you.

CUSTOM WEDDING DESIGN

Your wedding design is created specifically for you—not pulled from a template.

We'll work together to develop a cohesive visual direction based on your personal style, venue and overall vision. Your custom design may include:

  • Overall wedding concept and creative direction

  • Custom color palette

  • Personalized design deck

  • Ceremony and reception styling

  • Tablescape concepts

  • Linen, tabletop and rental selections

  • Drapery and backdrop concepts

  • Floral direction

  • Signage and stationery styling

  • Lounge and specialty rental recommendations

  • Lighting and ambiance direction

  • Cake and dessert display styling

  • Welcome, cocktail hour and guest-experience details

  • Custom installations and statement design elements

  • Décor placement and installation oversight

We can also custom-design specific elements for your celebration, allowing us to create a wedding that feels personal to you rather than simply recreating an existing look.

Décor, florals, drapery, specialty rentals, custom fabrication and other production items are quoted separately based on your final design and selections.

From the first venue tour and vendor meeting to the design, timeline and final details, we're there to bring the entire celebration together under one vision.

Travel fees may apply depending on venue location.
